Responsible for all Branch department activity, particularly Sales and Marketing.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years in the vacation ownership industry
• Must be resourceful and able to work independently with strong leadership skills, have a willingness to learn, a high degree of drive, initiative and self-motivation.
• Excellent Communication and presentation skills.
• Be fluent in English. Command of further Asian and /or European Languages are an advantage.
• Able to work under pressure.

Responsible for sales department, supervising and training the sales team.

Minimum Qualifications:

• 2-5 years experience in the vacation ownership business preferable
• Positive attitude, outgoing personality
• Fluent in English. Command of other Asian and/or European Languages is an advantage
• Able to work under pressure
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Self motivated, dynamic and enthusiastic individual

Responsible for all initial sales activities to meet both personal and business goals of expanding membership base, revenue generation and long-term account goals in line with company vision and values.
