• To supervise all operations & processes within the CM EP Department
• Achieve the monthly budgeted EP Sales
• Monitor & control SPIFF within set budget
• Monitor, motivate & assess performance of all staff within EP department (including the EP Coordinators)
• Prepare & submit monthly reports to management
• Attend & fully participate in weekly CM team meetings

• Assist the FO Manager with the daily management of the Front Desk, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and efficiency of check in and check out.
• Regular print-out of back up reports on a shift to shift basis
• Effectively communicate and disperses all and any relevant information via shift handover, log books, guest history, traces and by attending the regular Shift Leaders meetings
• Supervise and ensures GSA’s have balanced their work properly.
