Responsibilities:

  • Ability to facilities communication with club members (Thai & International)
  • Overcome objections and complaints
  • Turn difficult members into satisfied advocates
  • Analyst and investigate problem cases
  • Prepare analyses and documents in support of disputes and OCPB/legal cases when required by the manager
  • Keep track, update & analyst compile cancellation report & complaints tracking report
  • Execute & target set for Membership collection – Final Reminder

Qualifications:

  • Male/Female, age 26 up with 2 years secretarial or office management or related experience
  • Strong English communication and facilitation skills with good telephone etiquette
  • Strong attention to detail,  organizational and prioritization skills with ability to multitask
  • Possess a positive attitude
  • He/she must be a self-starter, assertive and with the ability to work well independently as well as in a team setting
  • Meticulous in ensuring work accuracy and efficiency

Guest Service Manager

Responsibilities :

  • Assist the FO Manager with the daily management of the Front Desk, ensuring maximum guest satisfaction and efficiency of check in and check out.
  • Regular print-out of back up reports on a shift to shift basis
  • Effectively communicate and disperses all and any relevant information via shift handover, log books, guest history, traces and by attending the regular Shift Leaders meetings
  • Supervise and ensures GSA’s have balanced their work properly.
  • Ensures that all billing instructions are accurate and clear
  • Effectively deal with guest problems and complaints immediately
  • Conduct related necessary training.

Qualifications:
