5. Current confirmed reservations for LHC @ Twin Peaks Residence or LHC @ Angsana Resort & Spa Bintan cannot be cancelled and     re-booked under the promotion rate.

6. Cancellations permitted within 48 hours after reservation confirmation. Cancellation requests received after 48 hours of reservation     confirmed will result in 100% points deduction for entire period of reservation.

7. Tentative reservations will only be held a maximum of 24 hours after request is received and will automatically be released     thereafter.

8. All other LHC reservation rules and regulations apply.
